Shipping Your Returns:
If purchased direct from Lala’s Pet Products, please contact us via Email within 30 days of original purchase to qualify for return authorization. Please detail what you are returning and how you would like us to handle the return, i.e., credit, exchange, etc. Customer Service will be happy to assist you.

NORTH AMERICA: CONTINENTAL US ADDRESSES
We ship from Granger, IN. Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship out the same or next business day once your payment has cleared. Most orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship the next business day (Monday). Though we process orders 7 days a week, our carriers pick up packages Monday through Friday only.
Standard UPS Ground Service (Up to 5 business days):
Our primary carrier of choice for online orders is UPS Ground. UPS does not ship to PO boxes. Orders shipping to a PO box are sent via US Postal Service and must be placed directly with customer service. For expedited UPS shipments please contact our Customer Service Department for shipping options, or a nearby authorized distributor.
Shipping to a Different Address: If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To Information page during Checkout.
No shipping to Canada:
For an authorized distributor in Canada, please contact our Customer Service Department.
If a distributor for your country is not available, we may be able ship via US Postal Service. If you wish to ship outside of the United States, please Contact Us beforehand with a list of your order item numbers so we may provide you with a custom shipping quote. For your convenience, we recommend sending your order list via Email. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
APO/FPO ADDRESSES All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via US Postal Service to distributing military centers in the U.S., at which time the military service assumes responsibility for shipping. Please Contact Us beforehand with a list of your order item numbers so we may provide you with a custom shipping quote. For your convenience, we recommend sending your list via Email. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
